To inquire about the shipping status of your purchase please send an email to shipping@thedecreaser.com and please be sure to include the following information in the body of your email:
- Date of purchase
- Transaction ID#
- email address used when making the purchase
Returns
Unfornately we do not accept returns of merchandise unless the merchandise arrives damaged. Our items are inspected on site prior to shipping and ship without defect. If an item arrives defective it is more than likely due to damage from transit. Damages due to transit are handled on a case by case basis.
